Payment & Shipping

Payment: FoldingChairStable.com accepts a wide variety of payment including: company check, cashier's check, electronic wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payments made with credit card subject to a 3% convenience fee and completed credit card authorization form. Full payment must be made prior to shipment of goods. For special orders, 50% payment is required to place the order, and 50% balance due prior to shipping. Sales tax applies to orders shipped within California, unless a valid resale certificate is kept on file.

Shipping: orders will be shipped 24-48 hours after payment is received. FoldingChairStable.com works with our carriers to ensure the lowest possible shipping cost. Quotes are based on tailgate delivery to commercial addresses. Carriers will charge extra for residential and lift-gate delivery. Please let your representative know if your delivery will require these extra services. For international shipments to Canada and Mexico, the customer is responsible for all border crossing and customs fees, along with any government taxes. Meticulous care is taken during the order process and shipment pickup to ensure your satisfaction upon delivery. Your representative will contact you with information about shipment estimated arrival date and tracking. Once delivered, please inspect your shipment fully before signing the carrier's receiving documents. A claim for damaged equipment or shortages cannot be filed unless the damage/shortage is detailed on the delivery receipt. Please take the time to inspect your shipment, and notify EFS immediately of any problems.

Returns: All returns must first be authorized by an FoldingChairStable.com representative. A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. All returned equipment will be inspected prior to issuing a credit or refund. No returns will be accepted 30 days past invoice date or on used equipment.

Orders are accepted under the express agreement that under no circumstances will the seller be liable for any incidential or consequential damages, or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of profits, arising in connection with the order or with the use or inability to use the seller's product furnished under the order. Seller's maximum responsibility shall not exceed and buyers remedy is limited to either (a) repair or replacement of the defective part or product, or at seller's option, (b) return of the product and refund of the purchase price. Such remedy shall be the buyer's entire and exclusive remedy.
